Hair stroke effect is also known as feathered brow effect. This innovative eye grooming method uses small, overlapping strokes to mimic the behavior and look of eyebrow hair. This method also recreates your missing hair fragments like in the case of scars, giving off an incredibly realistic eyebrow look.
